Night Guards for Teeth Grinding

Bruxism is the habit of clenching, grinding, or gritting your teeth while you sleep. It can be a difficult habit to break because you are asleep and usually unaware until you experience symptoms.

Symptoms of bruxism include headaches, neck pain, fractures, and heavy wear and tear on your teeth. Effective management of the habit can include wearing a custom mouthguard called an occlusal splint. Occlusal splints are sometimes referred to as ‘night guards’ because you wear them overnight while you are sleeping.
